What better way to begin a journey into wellness than through a book! Orange Peel offers book club facilitation from the perspective of Integrative Wellness. For private groups or organizations, your book pick or mine.
At a book club session participants will have the opportunity to discuss ideas from the chosen text in depth, then take time to put some of those ideas into practice. From food preparation, to action planning, to mindful breathing, Courtney will guide you through connecting ideas and actions. At the end of the two hours you will feel ready to incorporate new practices into your wellness journey.
Sometimes it makes sense to spend longer than a few hours with a wellness topic. Or maybe it feels right to weave together several components of wellness over the course of a few months. Orange Peel also offers multiple session book-clubs for this very scenario.
